HOW THE OFFER WORKS

Clear expectations.
Written protection.

The marketing promise, the replacement protection, and the conditional refund each have a specific scope. Your signed agreement controls your purchased package.

The seven-day promise.

Seven-day placement applies to qualified, ready-to-hire businesses. It depends on completed onboarding and the Rep Readiness Checklist, the role and search requirements, candidate availability, and responsive interview and hiring decisions. Timing can vary. The current agreement does not create a fixed deadline to present a candidate or complete a hire.

The 45-day replacement window.

Each purchased position includes the original placement and up to two additional replacement placements. If a placed rep resigns, ghosts, or is terminated within 45 calendar days of their start date, you can request a replacement within the remaining allowance and subject to the agreement’s inactivity provision.

Each replacement receives its own fresh 45-day window. The third placement is the final included attempt. Refund qualification requirements do not independently restrict the replacement protection.

“If they don’t perform, you don’t pay.”

The package is paid upfront. If all three qualifying placement attempts for a purchased position are unsuccessful, you may qualify for a refund of 100% of the fee allocated to that position, including its recruiting and consulting. This is conditional; it is not a payment deferral or an automatic refund after the first rep.

  • Complete onboarding, readiness, and all eight account-manager coaching calls.
  • Meet the applicable lead-flow and existing conversion requirements.
  • Follow the documented management, tracking, recording, reporting, interview, and resource obligations.
  • Complete three qualifying attempts, ordinarily at least seven calendar days each, except for the agreement’s documented ghosting exception.
  • Submit the written request and required proof within 48 hours after the later of the third qualifying placement ending and the eighth account-manager call being completed.

A qualifying refund is reviewed and paid within 14 days of the complete request. For multiple purchased positions, the refund applies to the unsuccessful position’s allocated fee.

Role-specific refund qualifications.

Closers and full-cycle sales roles: at least five new, unique, qualified sales-call opportunities per day through validated lead flow and a sales process, with an owner or existing closer already closing above 20%.

Setters and appointment-setting lead managers: at least 600 new, unique leads per month from validated, curated opportunity sources, with an owner or existing setter already booking at least two calls per day.

Actual duties determine the category. Daily workday meetings of at least 30 minutes, real-time KPI tracking, EOD reports, two weekly call reviews during the initial 45-day ramp, and the agreement’s recording and documentation requirements also apply to refund eligibility. Optional group coaching attendance is not a refund condition.
