What we collect
When you submit an application, CLOSR collects the contact details, role preferences, business or sales experience, and written responses you enter.
How it is used
Your information is used to review your inquiry, evaluate a potential fit, and contact you about the application. Applications are stored in this website’s database and are accessible through an owner-restricted inbox. We may also transfer your application to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management provider, to organize inquiries and follow-up.
Website measurement and attribution
Our visitor-facing pages use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Callix, with tags managed through Google Tag Manager. These services may use cookies and browser identifiers to measure visits, traffic sources, page interactions, and application activity, and to connect advertising to inquiries. Callix may also capture information entered in submitted forms, including contact details and application responses, for lead attribution. When available, we keep a Meta ad click identifier in browser session storage and pass it with your application to GoHighLevel for advertising attribution. A secure cookie remembers your saved business application so we can show the appropriate next step. These providers process information under their own privacy practices. Our custom Google and Meta funnel events do not include your written application answers or contact fields. Advertising tags are not loaded on the owner inbox.
Third-party videos
Client stories use Loom or YouTube. A video loads from the provider when you choose to play it; the provider’s own privacy practices apply.
